We built tgethr in response to the increasingly complex world of online collaboration. Why set up a project management site or an entire social network when all you need is to correspond by email more efficiently?
Use email or the web
tgethr is built with email in mind. You won't have to convince your group members to have to use yet another web app. The web app is
pretty great too though :)
Security
Some people charge to secure your web traffic. We don't. It's standard with every account.
We also make it easy to encrypt email between everyone in your group so no one can snoop on your sensitive business.
Files & Images
We treat files and images as things of great importance. They shouldn't stuff your inbox and they should look great.
If you upload a file or image we send great looking thumbnail. If you add an image link, we render that right within the application.
Summaries
Easily find discussions you or others haven't replied to.
Sharing Code
Sharing code in email can be a pain. Different clients wrap text different ways, and it usually turns out to be a mess.
We've made it super easy to share your code with others the way you wrote it.
3rd party services
There's a lot of great services out there for collaboration that just need an email address.
Odds are you use something everyday that you wish you could just send an email to for it to update.
We continually add services to tgethr like bug tracking (Unfuddle) or file sync (Dropbox). Let us know what you use that you wish had an email address
and we'll see about adding it!
